Accommodations: A block of guest rooms have been
reserved at the Grand Hyatt for a nightly rate of $315 (plus all applicable
taxes) for single or double occupancy. All reservations must be made

room block. The cut-off date for
reservations is September 20, 2010.
Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on
availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.
Seating: Tickets will not be issued for this event. Table and seating assignments will be available at the registration desk on the evening of the event.
Individuals accepting the Award on behalf of the news organization: The news organization may designate one individual to accept the award. This person will go on stage and accept the award.
