reserved at the Grand Hyatt for a nightly rate of $346 (plus all applicable
taxes) for single or double occupancy. All reservations must be made

room block. The cut-off date for
reservations is September 19, 2011.
Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on
availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

Media Requirements for Winning Entries: In order to produce the RTDNA Awards Dinner ceremony, a DVD copy of all winning TV and Online video entries is required. A broadcast quality copy of the complete winning story on DVD in 16x9 format should be sent to:

• A logo of station, network program, or website. The logo should be hi-res, 300dpi. Submit in jpg or tif format.
• A 50-word written description of your winning entry.
Radio Winners
• A digital photo of the news event you covered in your winning entry. The picture should be hi-res, 300 dpi. Please do not reduce quality. Submit in jpg or tif format with a caption of the photo.
• A logo of station, network program, or website. The logo should be hi-res, 300dpi. Submit in jpg or tif format.
• A 50-word written description of your winning entry.
Online Winners
• A screen grab from your winning entry in jpg or tif format with a caption of the photo.
