Join The Poynter Institute's Al Tompkins on the first day of RNTDA@NAB in this interactive practicum for new professionals and student journalists that will help boost skills and story-telling technique.

Back again by popular demand, this highly interactive and practical program is designed for college students and TV journalists who are new to the profession. The Poynter Institute's Al Tompkins will help you learn to write clearer and stronger stories, find memorable soundbites, learn how to find laser focus for your stories and develop skills for making tough ethics calls on deadline. Preregistration is required and attendance is limited to 75 individuals. The cost for this program is $25 per person in addition to your RTNDA@NAB registration fee. Lunch is included.
