Catharine Wills, age 51, passed away
in
Scottsdale,
Arizona on September 18, 2009. Cathy Wills had
a long standing career in radio journalism. She began her career at local radio
stations around
Colorado. At the national level Cathy worked
as a new editor for Associated Press in
Washington
DC and as an
anchor, editor and producer for CNN Radio in
Atlanta. Cathy was devoted to Radio News. She
was a member of RTNDA and received many regional awards for Best Regional News
Series. She was a 1996 RTNDF RIAS fellow. Donations in her memory can be made to
