RTNDA Appoints Peggy Phillip to Board of Directors

WASHINGTON--Peggy Phillip, news director at KSHB-TV in Kansas City, MO, has been appointed to the RTNDA Board of Directors. She will represent members in Regions 4 and 5. Prior to joining KSHB, Phillips served as news director for stations in Baltimore, Syracuse, NY, Memphis, TN and Tulsa, OK.

RTNDA Chairman Stacey Woelfel said, "We are lucky to get a news director with as much experience as Peggy.  She brings to the board not only years of management experience, but a can-do, problem-solving attitude that's infectious.  She's the perfect person to join the board as we take on a new name and new mission serving journalism."
