Week 1: Transform Your Stress (Into what? More energy!)
Stress is everywhere, especially now! We are all stressed and trying to adapt. Learn how to harness the power of positive psychology, engaging new and ancient techniques to expand your perspective, prioritize, and reap the benefits. Everything from modern brain training to ancient wisdom is contained in this short webinar. When you become more aware, you are able to transform your stress into more energy. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
