The Governance Committee is tasked with in-depth evaluation and work around the governance of the Association and Foundation, and for collaborating with staff on trends and changes within the industry as they impact the governance of RTDNA. These efforts should have a continued focus on diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, skills, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, family responsibilities, physical handicap, company, medium, experience, and association engagement, among all other elements of diversity; keep association best practices top of mind, always striving to keep the association relevant and up-to-date with association and industry changes.
