Martha Maurer

Martha Maurer is a bilingual journalist with two decades in broadcast media. Her journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to storytelling, leadership, and community impact. Today, she leads the programming operations at KTAR News, Arizona's News Station. Martha is also focused on mentoring the next generation of Latina women in media, helping them navigate the industry with confidence, authenticity, and purpose. She serves on the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) Board Ethics Committee, and on the Arizona Latino Media Association Board of Directors.
