RTDNA World Tour

RTDNA recognizes the financial pressures on the journalism industry and doesn’t want smaller budgets to be a barrier for journalists eager for training and connections. By replacing the annual conference in 2026 with this series of events, it will be easier to meet journalists across the country — and the world —in or near their local communities.

The RTDNA World Tour is an 18-month series of events that brings the leadership training, networking and education RTDNA is known for across the country and even abroad.

This series of local meet-ups, virtual town halls, RTDNA-hosted events, and training sessions embedded in conferences and events hosted by our partners replaces our 2026 conference.

RTDNA World Tour FAQ

Yes! We will continue to add dates and locations through the end of 2026. We will also host several virtual events and local meet-ups. Keep checking back for more information. If you want to host us in your city, reach out to worldtour@rtdna.org.
That is a secret we can’t share. But we hope you love the experience so much that you’ll wear the t-shirt too. 😉
RTDNA is dedicated to delivering best-in-class experiences to our members. However, given the changing conference landscape and corporate budgets, we do not expect to bring our conference back in the same way. Instead, we want to hear from journalists about what they value most about our programming and how they want to access it in the future. We are dedicated to creating a new platform that is responsive to those needs.
