In May, 2019, KTTC was #1 in all newscasts, often with more DMA viewers in major weekday newscasts than other two competing stations combined. Honored with Emmy, SPJ, various awards. Led efforts to install Baron Doppler radar, Weather Central graphics systems, array of nine skycams for superior severe weather coverage. Honored as MAB’s “Station of the Year” in 1996, 2000.
